Ambergris Caye, 4.5 Miles North of San Pedro, Mata Grande Area, between Journeys End and Mata Chica

What restauraunts are close?
Mambo is a 5 minute walk, Journeys End and Rendezvous House are a 20 minute walk, Capricorn is a short boat ride away, and our boat goes to town 4 times daily so you have plenty of access to try restaurants in town.

Is transportation to your resort included?
Transportation to and from San Pedro Airport on arrival and departure is
included.

What is the beach like?
Our beach is some of the nicest in Belize white sand is deep and rock free.

We have heard about the sea grass problem in Belize does our resort have this?
We clean our sea grass every morning. Sea grass serves a purpose it keeps the beach from eroding.

Can we snorkel from the beach?
There is some wonderful juvenile fish to view under the piers off the beach but some of the best snorkeling is only a quick kayak away.

Are your rooms oceanfront?
All of Sundiver is oceanfront, none of our buildings face any other direction.

Do you have a lot of bugs?
Depends on the weather conditions? If there is a breeze, it is dry and the sun is shining which are the usual conditions there are few bugs the odd mosquitoes at sundown. We do have times when the mosquitoes are bad we also have sand flies. A simple solution to both is a cream combination sunscreen with bug repellent. This protects you from Sun burn and mosquitoes but also keeps sand flies from being able to bite.

Do you have things for children to do?
We welcome families. There is much for kids to explore and do at the resort and many tours they can participate in. If parents would like a night out or a day excursion. We have a babysitter onsite.

I am a single traveler is this safe in Belize?
Very safe. We have special rates for singles.

Do you have meal packages with or with out drinks?
Our packages are inclusive of many things, like a welcome dinner and tours or activities. But we do not recommend full meal packages as there are many great restaurants on the island that you would like to try and many of the tours take you away for lunch or include lunch.
